All of our fish is fresh and cooked to order, if you require anything to be cooked please ask one of the boy’s on entering the fish bar. Please note that all of our food is cooked in Beef Dripping. We also offer a gluten free option.

Please note that we only allow two customer’s in at a time in the takeaway. Please stick to the government guidelines and keep a 2 meter distance when waiting outside the shop.

Orders to collect are available during these opening hours, just give us a call and you will be given a time slot and order number to collect your order.

Please make sure that you are wearing a mask when you come to collect unless you have a exemption card issued by the NHS as proof.

The restaurant toilets are not available for public use. They are for restaurant customers only. We are following government guidelines, protecting our vulnerable staff members and yourselves the general public. Any aggressive behavior towards our staff regarding this matter will not be tolerated. We are sticking to the rules and would appreciate your cooperation during these difficult times.

  1. We have our sausage and chips here so often, the staff know what we want as we walk in the door! Friendly staff, lovely food and great value for money!

  2. Regarding my last comment about price charged on Fri 25/3/16. I’ve looked at prices on menu,and 1 medium rock,2 large battered sausages and 3 medium chips comes to £10:80. We also had 3 canned fizzy and 3 ketchup sachets. Total charge was £19:60 something. Surely the 3 drinks and 3 ketchups didn’t top the total to £19:60 something. It didn’t click till we were on the front eating. Please could you let me know if I was mistakenly over charged. Was the man with the American or Canadian accent. We love the food quality at your takeaway and often recommend it to other family and friends. Looking at the prices it seems possible that I was charged for large everything. Will look forward to your reply. Thanks.

    • We apologise that you have been mistakenly overcharged. Good Friday is our busiest day of the year so mistakes are sometimes unavoidable. We have worked out that you have been overcharged by £5.00 so if you would like to come in and see the boy’s, they will be more than happy to refund you. Sorry for any inconvenience caused

      Yes we do gluten free chips and can also do gluten free fish such as
      Rock eel
      Skate when in season
      When you next visit please ask the fryer when entering the takeaway please could you cook glutton free fish and they will ask you which fish you would like.
